The timing both DEP & ARR was good, very friendly cabin crew & helpful, keep up with good services inflight

Excellent service from the entire crew starting from team manager to the remaining crew. Great and sweet welcoming with smiley face while entering the plane from crew. تعتبر هذه هي المرة الأولى التي أسافر فيها على متن الخطوط البحرينية من جده إلى المنامة وكانت تجربة جميله وأكثر ما لفت نظري 1- الحميمية التي استقبلنا بها كابتن الطائرة على الميكرفون 2- رقة التعامل من طاقم المضيفين والمضيفات . 3- الابتسامة الدائمة على شفاه الجميع من العاملين على متن الطائرة . 4- نظافة وترتيب الطائرة من الداخل 5- الوجبة القائمة جميله كل شيء كان جميلا على متن الرحلة . شكرا للجميع

إلى من يهمه الأمر تحية طيبة وبعد حرصا على التواصل معكم ولتقديم أفضل الخدمات للركاب على طائراتكم ابدي لكم الأتي : الدقة في التوقيت فقد أقلعت الطائرة في موعدها المحدد . طاقم الخدمة ممتاز وفوق الممتاز والابتسامة لا تفارق شفاهم . الأكل كان بالمستوى المطلوب بحيث أنا لم أتوقع أكل مثله . عدم تهاون الطاقم في إجراءات السلامة + الابتسامة المشرقة
